Ingredients: Grapeseed oil, shea butter, Essential oils: Citrus limonum (lemon), Citrus bergamia (bergamot), Cymbopogon citratus (lemongrass), Cymbopogon nardus (citronella), menthol & cera alba (beeswax).

Directions: Apply from the base of your skull, back of the neck, traps and down your spine. Inhaling through the nose from the bottle is beneficial.
